By accessing or using FerZap ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FerZap is an AI-powered automation platform that connects to your Instagram and WhatsApp Business accounts to automatically respond to direct messages, comments, and other interactions using AI-generated replies configured by you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account and/or WhatsApp Business account to use the Service. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. FerZap is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive communication.
• Violate Meta's Terms of Service, Community Standards, or Platform Policies.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Distribute malware or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service generates automated replies on your behalf using AI. You are solely responsible for the configuration of your AI persona and for any messages sent through your connected accounts. FerZap does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or compliance of AI-generated content with applicable laws or platform policies.

7. Subscription and Billing

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in activity that could harm other users or the platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error- free, or free of harmful components. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FerZap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
